Order Cancellation Policy – Giftlaya UAE

At Giftlaya UAE, we strive to provide a seamless gifting experience. However, if you need to cancel an order, please review the following cancellation policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation Request

Customers may request order cancellation by contacting our customer support team through email or phone. Cancellation requests must be made within the permitted time frame mentioned in this policy.

2. Cancellation Time Frame

Orders can only be cancelled if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for cancellation as order processing may already have begun.

3. Same-Day Delivery Orders

Orders placed for same-day delivery are processed immediately to ensure timely dispatch. Therefore, such orders usually cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once they are confirmed and processed.

4. Orders Already Processed

Giftlaya UAE will not cancel or modify orders that have already been processed, prepared, dispatched, or are out for delivery. Once an order reaches this stage, it is considered final.

5. Personalized and Customized Products

Orders containing personalized or customized items (such as customized cakes, printed gifts, name-based products, or special arrangements) cannot be cancelled once production has started.

6. Changes to Delivery Details

Customers may request changes to delivery details such as address, contact number, or delivery date. However, such changes must be requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time and are subject to confirmation by our support team.

7. Midnight and Fixed-Time Deliveries

Orders placed for midnight delivery or specific time slots are processed in advance. Cancellation or modification requests for these orders must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery schedule.

8. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

Giftlaya UAE will not be responsible for order cancellation, delay, or non-delivery if the customer provides incorrect delivery address, wrong contact details, or incomplete recipient information.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, restricted entry, or refusal by the recipient, the order may be considered completed and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

10. Discount Vouchers and Promotional Codes

Any discount voucher, coupon, or promotional code used on an order can only be used once. In case an order is cancelled or delivery fails, the same coupon may not be reissued unless determined otherwise by Giftlaya UAE.

11. Cancellation by Giftlaya UAE

Giftlaya UAE reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, service area limitations, pricing errors, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified and provided with an appropriate refund or alternative option.

12. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled within the eligible time frame, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.
