- Please provide a stool or ladder to assist with ceiling decoration.
- Decoration can be arranged in hotel rooms with prior permission from hotel management.
- All decoration items are rented and will be collected the following day.
- Any complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
- No cancellations or rescheduling are permitted once decoration has begun.
Care Info
- To prevent damage, handle the decorations with care. Balloons can easily pop, so be cautious when handling them.
- Keep the decorations out of direct sunlight, since long-term exposure can cause balloons to deflate and colors fade.
- Keep balloons away from children since uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
- We will use paper tape to hang the balloons.
- We don’t provide helium balloons due to its asphyxiation properties.
- Remove the paper tape as soon as the event ends. If the paper tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air onto the tape to avoid further harm.
- Provide a chair to reach the ceiling for hanging balloons. If the ceiling is higher than 10 feet, a ladder will be required for installation. Client need to provide a chair or a ladder, whichever is required for decoration.
- Keep in mind that certain decorations are rented for your event and must be returned afterward. Any damage caused will result in a fine.
- Kindly make sure that the space selected for balloon decorations has an easily accessible electric point nearby. The client needs to provide extension cords .
- All decorations, except for the balloons, will be taken back the next day.
Cancellation Policy
- Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund.
- 24-72 hours before the event: No Refund will be there
- 3-7 days before the event: ₹500 flat cancellation fee.
- More than 7 days before the event: No cancellation fee.
- Refunds will not be issued if the receiver denies accepting the order.
- No cancellations or refunds for events on 13th-14th Feb, 25th Dec, 31st Dec, and 1st Jan (Valentine's, Christmas, New Year’s).
