- Every cake we offer is handcrafted and since each chef has his/her way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape.
- The chosen delivery time is an estimate and depends on the product's availability and the destination to which you want the product delivered.
- Since cakes are perishable, we attempt delivery of your order only once.
- The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
- This product is hand-delivered and will not be delivered along with courier products.
- Occasionally, substitutions of flavors /designs is necessary due to temporary and regional unavailability issues.
- If the delivery location is out of our shipping zone we may charge you extra shipping charges, our team will contact you regarding this.
- The company has the right to cancel your order if the delivery address is beyond our delivery zone and a refund will be done.

Cancellation Policy
- For regular cake orders, a minimum of 2-day prior notice is required for cancellations. For large or special cakes, a minimum of 4-days prior notice is required. No refunds will be issued once the 24-hour delivery window begins.
- To request a cancellation, send an email to cancellation@giftlaya.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”, including Order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed and credited to the original payment method.
- Refunds are applicable in the following cases: If the order was cancelled on time / the order was not delivered (except when the recipient is unavailable) or valid product quality complaints, following verification, will result in either a full refund or replacement
- Refunds are only granted in cases of service failure and are subject to management's evaluation. The refund amount will not exceed the total amount paid.
- No refunds are available for discounted or exempted amounts.
- Any additional amount credited to Giftlaya may be used for order enhancements but will not be refunded.
- Refunds will not be issued if the receiver denies accepting the order.
